Hi Jill, sad to meet you, for obvious reasons. Birth control pills are more usually linked to migraines but there is a link between migraines and CH. Are you on those pills, how heavy are they as to estrogens? Maybe a heavier OR a ligter pill may make all the difference, unless you are on a non-estrogen pill (pure progestagens). Then you might even lack estrogens.
Or if you are taking grapefruit (fresh or bottled); that inhibits the absorption of manmade estrogens in the body. Tell me more..
