This is my first post, I am new to this board. I thank whomever is behind it. My clusters come once a year for 2-4 weeks (some years it skips), usually in the fall. I have been blessed with them this spring. This is the third time I have tried oxygen. For the first week it does great, but it seems to lose it's effectiveness after that. In the old days when I just endured them, they would last 20-30 minutes. Now I am in my second week, the oxygen isn't having the same effect. I can put the O2 on 7-9ml and it doesn't do anything but extend the misery. Am I better off not even messing with the O2 and taking the 20-30 minutes of torture? Now my attacts last for hours (with the O2 mask on), it is like the demon is torturing me for trying to fight it. I have the utmost respect for all of you who suffer from this, especially the ones who are chronic. I don't know if I could handle these on a daily basis.... Any words of wisdom would be wonderful!!
