Mary, its ok to feel sorry for yourself. I am feeling the same way right now. Heavy shadows for
days now and also pain in my shoulder. I thought this was unrelated to the headaches since I've never had it before. After reading your post, I was wondering if this is common? Hope you are pain free soon.
