I saw a sign a few days back. It said "Join God at our Mother's Day tea and cookies." I marked that one on my calendar. I figured there would be a huge gathering so I planned to get there early. I made a list of questions I've been curious about over time. Just my usual ones. 1. The meaning of life(although drummer cleared that one up for me) 2.Why was I born?(my mom and many others want to know why too.) 3.Where will I go when I die, and will it be hot, because I hate the heat. 4.Why does my cat hate me? 5.Why can't we have reverse gravity? 6.Why do I yawn when other people yawn? I was also going to ask if there was a God. Then I realized how silly that question would sound. What's God going to say? No?
The day arrived, but I had spent the previous day and night in pain. Fighting two hour bouts of 8's with 2 and half break intervals in between. I was just too tired to go. Oh well, there's always next year. I hope.
