The cafergot suppositories. They act pretty fast. I would cut one in half though if you are not used to them. They can make you a little nauseated at first. On the 02 I assume that you are using a high enough flow. It takes at least a 7-8 liters per minute. They also have the ergot types that you put under your tongue. Only worked sometimes for me.
