Annemarie is right, it's important for the people aroung you to know what's happening, other wise they might panic and all hell will break loose. I just found out about me having CH. My initials are MD for a time at work the guys would call me mad dog mary, I'd laugh with them but inside I was crying. I didn't know or understand what was happening to me, that in itself is frighting, but to the people around us.....What do you think you would do if you never heard of CH and saw a person going through an attack?
