At work people who worked with me knew. But at a concert hurting and trying not to attract attition is the best thing for me. The one thing I do not want to do durning an attack is to explain anything to anybody. Who can think durning a attack to explain. My friend knew and that was all that was important. What good would it have done to bring attition to myself and tried to explain it not any I don't think.
I found out yesrerday that I don't have to miss things any more or leave anything because of a cluster. I can have a cluster and when its over I can continue to enjoy myself and friends and family. Dealing with them was a little harder in public but it was worth it. I don't have to miss any thing any more.
All I have to do is educate my friends and family, and co workers. If they want to explain to someone when I am having a attack find, but I am not.
I saw a lady that was sick from the heat we all knew what was wrong and some asked if they could get her a drink. No one enored her,but she was given what was needed and people left her alone to get over it. She seemed thankful for that.
Thats all I ask for durning a attack. Give me what I need then go on with what your doing cause its between me and the demon, if anyone interfers they are not helping me but helping the demon.
So yes I agree friends and family and co workers should know and be told what to do. But I do not see that its important to go any futher than that at a concert, or when your shopping or somewhere like that. I want to get the word out but I try not to think about clusters 24/7 ! Yesterday I just wanted to have fun and I did!
