I am in a really bad cycle right now and do not have a doctor here in Florida yet. I have not had much luck with most of the normal meds. I went off of Verapamil due to the fact I was getting very short of breath. I am searching for drugless ways to deal with these bleepin things. My cycle starts in the Spring every year, lasts up to 5 or six months...they slow down after they reach the peak. I am at the point in this cycle to declare myself crazy. I am trying to maintain normal composure at work but sigh...it is not going to well. Any thoughts suggestions and ideas are appreciated.....Leslie
