O2 - FDA approved?

My insurance company recently denied my claim for oxygen and regulator rental on the grounds that O2 is not an FDA approved treatment for clusterheadaches.

Are they correct?

If not, can anyone help me find documentation to show them to substatiate that O2 is an FDA approved treatment?
