Reiki has been discussed on this board before, but few people understand it well enough to allow its use to relieve CH symptoms and causes.
As simple as it seems, Reiki is a very complex form of healing. But it is worth every bit of effort one might put into it.
We have conducted dozens of experiments with Reiki over the past year and have found that it works, but not in the way most people expect when seeking healing. It's even better than that.
Three of our group are Reiki masters, and the work was specific toward Cluster Headaches. We learned a huge amount which I would be happy to share with you by email if you wish.
If there is enough interest, I may post some of it on the board.
Key phrases I picked out from your post -- "...Learning lots about myself and seeing things a lot more clearly with Reiki..."
There are some who understand what this means :)
