You can not let it eat at you if you do it will destroy you. It took me a long time to forgive the person that hurt me. I did tho.I made peace with me by doing it. You know what I am a lot happier for it. If it happens again I am sure I will be hurt again but I won't let it eat at me and cause me to hate.
So remember forget the people who hurt you, let it pass, if they get to you then they won.
