Margi, I first started getting my second cycle after 5 years from the 1st week in January of this year (what a great start to the millenium :-(
I had them for 6 weeks, then went to see a homeopathist who prescribed Spigelia for the start of the headache and then aconite after 10 minutes if Spigelia did not work. These two remedies I took if the headaches came on. The remedy for boosting Seratonin levels I take daily 3 times a day and to be honest since February I have regular headaches daily but the pain levels I would put them at are 1 to maybe 3. But rarely get a pain level 3. Go and see a Homeopathist, Its worth a try
