Anyone interested in joining this exclusive committee may submit an application and a resume of your ideas and experience for close scrutiny by the OUCH officers. If you qualify you will be hired (without pay) for a two week period to test your loyalty and ingenuity. After that the officers will convene to study your case and determine whether you may continue (still and forever without pay because this is a priviledge you are being offered not a reward).
