just got stuck and couldn't do anything with it. So I called my
fixer-teacher-son who came over and read all of the bad messages,
etc., and told me to take 2 aspirins and he'd be back in the
morning to take it apart.
The first thought was " now how am I going to keep in touch with
you guys". I really had a serious feeling of temporary( I was
hoping temporary) loss. I've got plenty of friends or
acquaintances here in town, but the board has gotten to be
a part of my daily life.
Second thought was " how STUPID I am not to have backed up all
of my hundreds of hours of drawing! The only thing that I
have that is permanant is on my web page. And that's the
smallest drop in the bucket.
#1 son came back this am. and found that one of those little
heads that read something or other off the disc was in trouble, and he
fixed it. Thank God for small favors.
Interesting tho, how we set our priorities.
