A cluster with a new pain I never had before!

I was having a cluster and I tried to swallow and could not. It hurt I rubed my neck it did not help. I got scard I was afraid to turn my head, finally I made up my mind to swallow even if it hurt. I took a deep breath held on to the chair and swallow oh god the pain was awful. something in my neck poped and the next time I swallowed it was easier. The thired time it was normal. Anyone ever had this happen durning a cluster. I am not sure what to make of this.
