Hello Carl, you sound so desperate, but yet so strong to be coping as you are. I do not think anyone thinks you are going on, this site is for all those who are sufferers and family and friends of sufferers. If noone around you understands then you will always know there IS someone here who wants to listen. I have suffered 13 years and only just found something I know will shift the pain. I am probably one of the lucky ones, yet still I feel unlucky because I have them in the first place.
Hang on in there, Humans are supposed to be at their strongest in times of crisis.
