First: Sorry for last nights post, I was in a pretty sarcastic mood yesterday.
I've served time in the Navy, standing all kinds of different watch schedules. Worked a couple years on the graveyard shift where I would sleep from 11:00am til 2:00pm and again from 7:00pm til 11:00pm (always on the couch or floor). Worked the last 20 years, 6:30am til 4:30pm, M-F, and have never noticed any effect on my CH schedule.
