Play it safe and make sure it's not something more than CH. It's expensive and time consuming and will do you no good other than some peace of mind if, nothing is found. Then if it turns out to be CH, got forbid, you'll have to do as many of us and help your Doc decide on what to try first in the way of meds. And don't think anything will work for long, unfortunately, it just doesn't work that way if CH is the diagnosis.
