I've tried something called the "Ecology Pak." Which
is available over the internet through some pyramid sales
outfit. It contains 2 bottles of pills (one a multi-vitamin
and the other the supposed yeast killer [caprylic acid]) and
2 bottles of powder that you mix with juice (one is full of
probiotics [like acidophilus and bifudus { the stuff you
find in everyday yogurt}] and one was a big jar of psyllium
seed husks [your basic colon blow]). I have to admit, it does
make you regular. I did feel the "yeast die off" headache
for a day or two after I started. Unfortunately, it didn't
do much for my Clusters. However, after stopping the program,
my headaches seemed to be a bit nastier for a while (you know how
sometimes you may get better but you don't realize it because
you're not totally better). Anyway, that's my experience with
over-the-counter candida killers. I do not endorse nor
condem these products. If you want to read more about what's
in the bottles, do an infoseek or yahoo on "ecology pak", there
are several cyber-vendors who sell it. Have a pain-free day.
