I went to the chiropracter for my headaches specifically. She taught me this pressure point that relieved my headaches. It is located where your nose meets your eye sockets. It hurts to do but if you try it, you might feel better.
First, push up with your thumbs in the corners of your eye socket. This will hurt. You need to try and apply pressure for 2-4 minutes. The longer the better.
Second, push in with your thumbs at the same location as the first pressure point. Instead of pushing up push inwards. Again, try to do this for a few minutes.
I use this technique when I am having a cluster headache and sometimes when I feel the aura of a headache.
Save yourself a few hundred dollars and try these two Chinese pressure points. Have a headache free day.
