Greeting. I am in the midst of a CH bout. I first got cluster headaches while I was a graduate student in Seminary.(1982) Like most, I first thought it was sinus and was treated for sinus. Then the muscle relaxers and other pain pills. No, that is not what I want. For years I just suffered thru the pain. I did not want to become addicted to the pain pills. In 1992, I found a Headache Specialist in Omaha Nebraska that suggested high dosages 8 lites of pure oxegen. I would put the mask on my face and within minutes the headaches were gone. Of course this only worked when I was at home. Most of my headaches came when I was sleep. The small pounding would last the entire day. The trick is now, tellling a doctor to treat you with high dosages of fresh air.
I am so glad that I found this sight.
