This is like one of those math problems - "If Train A leaves the station......."(LOL)
Well, this is how it works. We have British Summer Time (now), which is when our clocks go "forward" an hour and bring us into line with the rest of Europe and give us an extra hour's daylight in the evening. British Winter Time (October) is when our clocks go "back" an hour and we get an extra hour in bed in the morning, this also leaves us an hour behind Europe in the Winter. GMT is what all this is based on.
Any clearer?
