Mike's pupil dilates before an attack all the time. I went with him to the doctor years ago and this really freaked the doc out. She was sure he was an alien I think.
Acutally (and interestingly) Mike's pupil will quite often dilate but no attack follows. After his last cycle last year (not the one we just got through), it looked like it was going to stay that way permanently and did..until the next cycle hits. Now, he is out of cycle, but it still happens every now and then, especially if he is tired. I'm sure he gets sick of me asking if he feels like he's getting an attack when he feels normal. Clustereyes are a supporter's warning system, I guess.
