Any number you settle on... is gonna be a guess at best.
My remission cycles stayed 6 monthish for a few years and are now goofy...as are my attacks. When they started you could set your watch by them...now?...all bets are off.
If you have to pick someone to emulate...I'd suggest the people who have had 10 year remissions.
It's like tryin to nail jello to a tree.
