Since you have given up and are left with only the pain... I guess it can't hurt anything to say what I'm about to say. Your words, from your heart, came into my living room and I'm responding in kind.
It is possible to do something constructive with your pain. Suffer it for someone else. Give it up for someone else. Pick people you know that are in need and with that person and their need in mind... dedicate your suffering to them...for them and their need. It will be of great help to them.
It will not reduce your pain...it will not help you feel better. Expect no rewards. This is sacrifice in it's purest form.
My next dance, probably minutes away, has your name on it. All that I have and all that I offer comes from a heart...both frightened and free.
