First - get to a doctor. Rule everything else out. Get an MRI and possibly a CT scan.
Assuming the tests show nothing, suspect that you have either CH or CPH. The duration of the attack would indicate CH, but Indomethicin appears to be 100% effective on CPH, so if you try it and it works, you've got both a diagnosis and a treatment.
If it doesn't, it's even more likely that you unfortunately have CH. Verapamil works as a preventative for many, as does lithium. Cafergot and Imitrex are two good abortives. Not all these meds can be taken together, so make sure you learn and follow the directions.
Finally, read everything you can here. Check out the wealth of information available through the links on the left. Search through the message board archives for specific areas that interest you.
