Let me add this: In my family background I have identified only two others who had CH. One of them, an uncle (veteran of WWll and badly-treated POW from the B-29 air campaign in China) is 85 now and has no more cycles. He "outgrew" them.
The other (male, early this century) used apple cider vinegar and limburger cheese instead of the blue. He got this remedy from a medicine man of his people. He rubbed the cider on his arms and torso and kept the cheese under his tongue, just like you said.
But, although it usually stopped the attacks he was not popular with most folk, although he did end up marrying a fabulously gorgeous brunette.
Hmmm.
Anyway, I pride myself on having tried many VERY bizarre treatments after having completely stopped all pharmaceuticals for the sake of my health. I am using various methods and substances which I intend to post on the board soon.
I love limburger cheese, by the way.
