Advice?

Hey Folks-

Being recently diagnosed with CH, I am setting out to attempt to
explain it to family and loved ones. How does one even begin a
task such as this? Even the description of a headache is
woefully inadequate, CH are certainly not like any other headache
I have ever experienced. Any help would be appreciated.
