Cheryl,
Does your husband visit this site? It would help him deal with the
mental anguish of CH. He would find that there is hope,
there are ways to deal with the pain, and he isn't alone.
Regarding doctors... They vary like everyone else.
Some are ignorant and close minded... some are open to suggestions
and referrals from others... I would copy some of the posts
which indicate certain meds and doses... Find a doctor who
is either conversant on CH, or open to try any of
the meds referenced on here... However,
I would 1st try and get his mental outlooked improved...
very few doctors and Dr. offices react well with an
adversarial patient.
