I too have had vision problems. In July, I had my CH episode where my vision was affected. It was in my second documented episode. I woke one morning after a late night CH attack to find that my right eye, my affected side, had extremely decreased vision. My eyes had been examined two weeks prior, 20/20 in both eyes. At this time, my right eye was 20/100. I could barely make out the large "E" at the top of the chart. It seemed as if my eye was out of focus, was photosensitive, and felt as if the pressure behind my eye was unbearable. I had an MRI, CT scan, various eye exams, seen by a neurologist and an Opthomologist, and no one could diagnose anything than the CH. My vision was diminished for about 20 days. I was terribly worried that it would not return. It returned pretty much the same way it left, the morning after another severe CH episode.
