I use to get real bad Anxiety attack`s. They would come out of know where. I could be standing in the check out line in the store the next thing I would know My hand`s would start to sweat I`d get light headed like I was going to pass out. My heart would race very fast. My whole body inside would start to shake. [know one could see this. But I sure could feel it] This along with my CH stopped me from going out n public for year`s. I was so afraid of the attack`s I was bringing on the attack`s.Ever once in a GREAT while I will still get one of these. But nothing like I use to.
To answer if CH an Anxiety or relatied I cant answer this. My hubby has a fear of in closed place`s. His fear is so stong he fell out of 3 story bulding bracking his back. But he does not have CH.
I do believe that there is more to CH than just the headache`s. What that is I pray one day will find out.
