Mine start with the stuffed nostril and teary eye. Then the hot railroad spike drives through my temple, turns 90 degrees at the tip and stabs the back of my eyeball.
As the 'dance' progresses, the spike sends out a runner to stab down into my upper rear teeth. That part feels exactly like a severely abscessed tooth I once had that required an emergency root canal.
