I inquired at the local bank how to send my dues for OUCH. I was told they don't like at all our ordinary EC-checks over there. The bank could write an easily cashable check to send by (snail) mail, but at a fee of $ 10. So they suggested to mail just some greenbacks, which I did. It apparently arrived, at least I got my membership card.
