Welcome here. How many times before you found this site have you said to yourself if only I could find someone that understands what is going on with my head? For 15 years I have fought battles with Doctors, insurance companies, family members,
employers and tons of other people trying to make them understand how awful this is. Until 6 months ago I had never met another person who had personally suffered with CHs. I was diagnosed
by a neuro 13 years ago. That is a long time to wonder and search on your own to try and find help. I have been on almost every medication used to treat these. I never had anyone other than the neuro to discuss
other options or share how I felt. It was very discouraging. I felt I had nowhere to turn. This place and its people have given me more information
and support than I got anywhere in all those years in just 6 months. I for one firmly believe in numbers. Thats the main reason I feel you should join OUCH. We need all the
help we can get to be heard. The message board is just like it says a message board. Sounding board. Not everything you read will make you
happy. It will make you think, you will sit back and sort through things you see and you will find your perspective on things changes as you read each post. We are all different and see things differently,
Yet we all have this one major thing in common. I am sure it will be of more help to you than any place you could go. We all truly do care. I hope you join OUCH because we need you. I hope you join OUCH because you need us.
I hope to someday be there when we all get the help and understanding we have worked so hard to get recognition for.
