I'm a 33 year old guy who has been suffering from headaches for as long as I can remember. I remember hanging out in a dark bathroom and beating my head against the ground to relieve the intense pain behind my right eye as early as the first grade. In the second grade my doctor said that the headaches were caused by a polup in my sinuses and proceeded to perform surgery to remove it. Unfortunately, it didnt solve the problem. finally after 27 years, I was correctly diagnosed with cluster headaches and prescribed ergotamine tablets.
I was wondering if anyone has had any success with any form of alternative medicine. I'm thinking about trying acupuncture and a chiroprctor. It certainly couldnt hurt.
