I am a bit biased on the side effects of this drug. I was on something else before this, for about 3 weeks. With that drug I was falling asleep at the wheel, depressed, suicidal and couldn't remember squat. I've heard that Tegretol can make you extremely sleepy, but compared to my last prescription, I'm wide awake! The only thing I've noticed is that if I don't take it with food, I feel alittle naucious, but not "Oh god, I need to throw up" naucious.
