Thanks for the feedback. I saw it and made a copy for my files. I am going to use this one on my next visit to my neuro. After 26 years of fighting this madness, I am ready to try another approach besides heavy duty drugs and master blaster knockout pills. I am approaching the end of my 2 month cycle and noticed they are leaving but what a hell of a ride for the 2 months you know? I am so sorry some of these guys that endure this month after month. Tough.....
