Just read in a recent Newsletter I subscribe to, this note from a sufferer.....
Hilary takes Imigran (tabs) to good effect however passes on this observation.
"The tablets absorb quickly if taken on an empty stomach with water and a rice cake.
Any fruit acid in her stomach appears to prevent the Imigran from working. This applies to all kinds of fruit, particulary apples, whether raw, cooked, tinned or frozen. She has therefore learned not to "waste" her Imigran if pains develop soon after eating fruit".
