today. The beast has been busy. At least the @#$% icepicks have let up enough that I was able to get to the local supermarket and pick up a few essentials without ouching my way through the store. Been trying to do that for days but was afraid the yelps and the body jerks each time the icepicks hit would attract security and I would end up at 45th street (locale mental health center).
