See if the Dr.'s will prescribe Imitrex Injections.If it wasn't for them I would not be typing this now.I have suffered from cluster headaches for 10 yrs with 4 yrs being chronic.Please show him that there is help from other sufferers.The Dr.'s won't do anything because they don't know the kind of pain he's in.If they get a simple sinus headache their taking prescription medecine right away.He'll(your brother) will have to go through the regiman of "lets see if this works".Tell him their is help out there and he needs any advice from a seasoned sufferer(not wanting to be)to e-mail me.The best thing to do is actually leave him alone if thats what he wants.My wife has an understanding to leave me be.God bless her.Good luck.It will go away eventually.
