Hello my family. Don't worry, I didn't go anywhere. I'm still here looking out for all of you. If I woulda been gone, the board would take weeks to load at the rate y'all are going! :-)
It's been really hectic in the DJ household the last few months. My beloved hockey team's season is winding down, softball is starting up, trying to keep a healthy social life, friends and family in from out of town, and oh yeah..... my cycle.
Thank you to all of you that have sent me messages wondering if I'm ok. I can assure all of you, I'm fine. My headache cycle started in Jan. this year and has been even more screwed up than the last one. There's no rhyme or reason to them anymore. I'm still trying to figure out whether that's a good thing or a bad thing. Thirteen years of being able to set my clock by these damn things, and now they're starting to act a little strange on me.
One day I'll have the normal 3-5 headaches, the next day.... none. The next day I'll have one, then skip five days. Then 3 days with a various number of attacks, then a week without any. At least when my cycles were normal, I could plan on things! But trust me, I'm not complaining. Imitrex injections and O2 still seem to work just as well as they have the past few cycles (thank goodness).
Isn't life grand???
Just wanted to take a second to assure all of you that I'm still here, and all is well (other than the fact that I'm still waiting for Amanda to call me up and propose to me!!! hehe)
