Hey Graham,
Thanks for your response to my response to your response to your post.
You can't possibly offend me. It's impossible.
I don't care.
You should see some of the names that people have called me on this message board and in E-mails. I've been called an 'Idiot' and a 'Moron' by some people.
I don't care.
I'm not over-sensitive.
Even if I wrote you an E-mail and you never responded back I wouldn't be offended.
I don't care.
One time I had to perform a drum solo in front of several hundered people (I hate performing drum solos). I believe that drum solos are self-aggrandizing. I had to do it because one of my band-mates broke a guitar string. It's my job to entertain the audience when one of my band-mates breaks a guitar string on stage.
When I was done with my drum solo the audience clapped, screamed and made quite a fuss. Mainly because they were drunk. One guy who was really, really drunk screamed this:
"You suck."
The singer in my band got very, very upset at this really, really drunk guy.
I wasn't upset. I didn't care.
My singer stepped up to his microphone and said this into the microphone:
"Fuck you."
When we got off stage that night, I told the singer in my band to never, ever do that again. I told the singer in my band that I believed in being polite. I told him that saying, "Fuck you" to a complete and total stranger was rude and to please never do that again.
The singer in my band told me that saying, "You suck" was also rude.
I told my singer that I wasn't over-sensitive.
I didn't care.
