Dear Ophrah:
I want to suprise my mom by bringing her on your show. Because she "works her fingers to the bone" everyday and has to deal with crazy people, like me and my brothers. My father is kind of "off, too, at times". Sometimes he acts like one of the kids. My mom has worked several jobs: Social Worker, director of and early childhood program, nurse, artist, teacher of parenting classes and she is a counselor and support group facilitator at our church (she doesn't get paid, you know). My mom broke her foot on 1/10/00, she had nerve to go shopping, take me to the doctor, Victoria's Secret to catch the underwear sale, and it wasn't pretty for me in that store, but I lived through it. She had the nerve to wear high heels and shop for three hours with a broken foot. She's crazy, too. And Oprah please let mom go on your show because I am dying to see her face. Oh, one last thing, she fought for me and other kids to get the right kind of help for my learning disability and dyslexia. She didn't let any one get in her way to get the help. Please help this litttle child give his mom a nice gift.
