Just came across your question re: CH's and seratonin levels in conjunction with Wellbutrin. Serotonin involvement has long been suspected as a contributing factor in CH's, but Wellbutrin is a Dopamine agonist and has little effect on either serotonin or epinephrine.However, if Wellbutrin indeed does seem to have beneficial effects re: controling your CH's, could it be due to the fact that depression and CH's are biochemically related? Both my father and I had CH's as well as experiencing depression, and I currently am using Wellbutrin as an anti- depressant. It would be interesting to know how many CH victims have also been treated for depression - or have a strong family history of depression. Would be interested in hearing if Wellbutrin continues to keep your CH's under control. Good luck.
