As a former (real) New Yorker, I will be happy to testify that none of we mainlanders have ever considered Lon Guyland to be an actual part of New York, and thus you do not fall under the jurisdiction of NY law.
I'm fairly sure Texas has no interest in claiming Lon Guyland, and Idaho doesn't have internet access, so they will never know about it. That only leaves New Jersey.
As we both know, New Jersey is just greedy enough to want to snatch up the little patch of water-surrounded ground y'all live on. At the same time, the whole state is corrupt. I figure if you slip the right politician 50 rubles (telling him/her that the exchange rate is 1R to $100), they'll sweep the whole deal under the rug, next to Jimmy Hoffa.
If this doesn't work, I'll call my Uncle Vito for you.
