My husband has suffered episodic (thank goodness!) CH's for 17 years, usually one or two cycles a year, the longest cycle having lasted 8 months! He's in about week 6 of a cycle right now. I know just how you feel although it has to be a hundred times worse to be chronic. It's so hard emotionally to see the person you love more than anyone suffer so much, so often. We, too, have tried so many meds; but I'm finding out about new ones since I found this site and I thank God for leading me here. These people know exactly how we feel, supporters and suffers alike, and it is such a blessing to know we're not alone. I guess misery really does love company; but it's more than that. It's knowing that someone truly, truly understands -- since no one who hasn't suffered or loved a sufferer can really fathom what CH's are like. So hang in there, Debra; and visit here often. Maybe you'll find just the right combo of meds to help your hubby!
