though we often hate to hear it, it is VERY possible to hurt yourself more with ill-advised meds & combinations thereof, and we CAN cause problems that are much worse (in the big picture)than CH
and be every bit as careful about all those "natural" and "herbal" miracles out there - it's almost a primary law of existence - if it's potent enough to cure, it's potent enough to cripple - there is NO absoutely "safe" substance;
and remember - a great many of the "evil" so-called chemical medicines are herbal anyway !!!
I know I sound like a broken record - but I have found it a very worthwhile course to collect lots & lots & hints/suggestions/techniques which all add up to make things easier, than risk it all with some futile & underinformed grasp for a "magic bullet" -
last night was a nasty, horrible, bastardly ordeal for me, even a series of short very disturbing nightmares in between the waking headaches (not normal for me at all)- and I ran out of tricks before I ran out of headaches -
but I have since been able to take a nice long walk in the woods, - air crisp &clear, 35 degrees - just PERFECT (and feels good too !), had nice discussions with both my kids, caught up a little on my home business -
headaches tonight ? don't know - probably - not gonna ruin this afternoon worrying about it
one suggestion - if you MUST pursue a do-it-yourself med program, PLEASE keep an accurate diary/list of what you take & when - - if you get in a jam, it will be invaluable to the DRs and if you stumble on a safe cure, it'll be worth a million !!!!!
