Just a question to any smokers out there - (Myself unfortunately being one) - I know that I have been told NOT to smoke while in a cluster cycle, however, since I believe that nicotine should technically CONSTRICT the blood vessels in my head, I am wondering if anyone has tried using patches while having clusters, and if putting a patch on at the beginning of an attack might actually aide as an abortive?
