I took my first dosage of Amerge last night (2.5 mg).
Lo and behold, I didn't get one headache the entire
night! The night before, I'd been up almost the entire
night, using oxygen about every hour as the headache
kept trying to come back.
Has anyone used Amerge? I'd greatly appreciate any
comments, experiences, etc. I'm especially interested
in knowing if any effects of the drug seemed to be
cumulative, and whether you could take 1 tablet every night
without problems. I'm hoping I can tolerate long-term
usage. On the face of it, it seems like the drug is
incredible. It doesn't have rebound problems of Imitrex,
has minimal side effects, and has long-term efficacy.
