CASSANDRA I TRIED SUICIDE ONE TIME AND I DID NOT WANT TO LIVE IT WAS OVER MY LAST WIFE AND I THOUGHT MY LIFE WAS OVER AND I DID NOT WANT TO LIVE. YOU NEED TO GET HER SOME HELP AND IN A SUPPORT GROUP IT WILL HELP BUT FIRST YOU NEED TO GET HER ON SOME MEDICATION IT WILL HELP AND KEEP HER BUSY. WORKING OUT HELPS ALOT IT IS GOOD FOR THE MIND IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP HER BUSY. YOU CAN NOT WATCH OVER HER EVERY MOMENT THAT IS THE REASON A SUPORT GROUP IS GOOD. IT IS HARD TO UNDER STAND WHY SOMEONE WOULD WANT TO KILL THERE SELFS BUT THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PEOPLE THAT HAS SUICIDAL THOUGHTS, TRY THOSE THING I TOLD YOU AND THINK THEY WILL HELP HER I WAS ON MEDICATION FOR FIVE YEARS BUT I AM OFF THE MEDS. NOW I STAY BUSY WITH MY KIDS AND AT THE LAKE AND I LOVE LIFE NOW AND WOULD NOT EVEN THINK OF IT. SET DOWN AND TALK TO HER THE BEST YOU CAN EVEN IF YOU NEED TO CALL THE STATE DO IT SHE WILL THANK YOU LATER. KILLING HER SELF IS NOT THE ANSWER AND CHECK AND SEE IF IT RUNS HER FAMILY THAT IS VERY IMPORTANT. LET HER READ THIS I THINK IT WILL HELP HER OUT. HOPE I HELPED YOU OUT WILLIAM
